I’ve seen this industry from both sides — first as a model, later as a talent manager. That mix shaped how I work today: with an understanding of what it’s like to be managed by someone, and what it takes to build a career behind the scenes. What’s most important to me is a strong relationship and the feeling of understanding your goals and working together to get there.

I’m straightforward, hands-on, and I believe in keeping things real. My focus is on close, honest collaborations where talents feel like family.

We create many exciting memories with our talents and always try to accompany on trips etc. So that there’s never a feeling of being alone.
